One of the many things that I love about Carlson Integrated is that we are a relatively small team- but with a large skillset! Some of us are writers, others graphic designers, some do both, but all of us are fully invested in the success of our clients, and work together as a team to make sure we are providing the best service possible. We have the ability to know our clients as people- not just accounts. For many clients, we know why you started your business, share your passion in your success and celebrate both professional and personal wins.
In a recent team meeting, our founder, Bekah, said something that perfectly describes our company culture. “Every touchpoint with the client is an opportunity to make a positive connection.” and I could not agree more. Effective marketing is not just numbers and statistics, but making a solid connection with your brand, your company and understanding the best way to spread the word about your awesomeness!
Another advantage we have as a small but mighty team is that we can each jump in and help each other (and often do) seamlessly and quickly because each of us is always up to speed on all our clients because a client is not just “yours” or “mine” but all of ours. Our clients often remark on how much they appreciate our accessibility as well, something we pride ourselves on. Taking the time to help a client navigate an unfamiliar social media platform or troubleshoot website issues may not exactly be marketing work, but it IS part of our company culture.
In a world where we’re inundated with the message that bigger is better, CI is proof that good things come in small packages. We may not have a fancy office building, or fleets of assistants and admins, but we do have all the skills a “big” marketing company can offer, including the most important thing of all – we really do CARE!
