CASE STUDY: Centennial Retail Services

When I was approached by the team at Centennial Retail Services to talk about marketing I was so excited. I had met their team several years prior in my business development work at my former role, and needless to say, I was already a huge fan.

From the beginning, they expressed a comprehensive set of needs: website development, master brochure creation, client pitches, investment memoranda, social media, eblasts and thought leadership.

Fast forward to today: I can’t believe we’ve worked together nearly 4 years already! 

Here are some of the highlights:

• Using their new presentation materials format, they entered a client pitch situation, competing against national firms, and won! They attributed this in part to their professional materials that leveled the visual playing field enabling their services and expertise to stand out. It was so cool to hear!
• Barry Hardwick applied to become a CCIM instructor. While we take no credit in the fact that he was selected and teaches nationally now (he is sooooo good!), he did say his test course materials (that we helped with!) added to his credibility during his audition.
• The Centennial website blog won a gold Hermes award in 2023 due to the phenomenal stories and articles they have delivered over the past several years.
• As a visionary firm in a hot market, they conceptualized an interactive market map section on their website which we were able to help implement. They also have content dedicated to convention follow up and market education – with a unique, branded QR code to get users there.
