CASE STUDY: Rany Managment

Rany Management is a family-owned property management company that became a dear client as a result of a lunch meeting catching up with an old friend in the commercial real estate industry.

We were initially brought on to devise a consistent, effective social media strategy- something they had been struggling with for a while. Consistency is probably the most important thing in social media, and outsourcing this to us was a great help for them.  Additionally, Rany needed a strategy that would appeal to various audiences. The breadth of their holdings includes residential, commercial and parking facilities. They are peer leaders in the commercial real estate industry – a B2B audience – as well as serving prospective and current tenants – a B2C audience – so the outreach required a bifold approach.

One of my favorite things about working with Rany is interviewing their leadership and “extracting” all the cool things that are part of their portfolio- and there are so many! Beautiful buildings with incredible murals and other artwork in cozy neighborhoods as well as their impressive historical real estate redevelopments are just a few of my favorite finds.

Although we were initially engaged with the Rany Management team for social media execution, we have been able to provide additional communication solutions and recommendations.

As I always say, we are NOT married to the scope of work- we are married to the client! It has been so gratifying to be part of the Rany Management team and we are so excited for another great year ahead!
